David Adamson – Chief Flying Instructor / Chief Pilot
David is well known around Australia and many other countries for his exemplary flying skills and his vast amount of experience in many areas of aviation. Rotorvation is fortunate to be able to benefit from these attributes. His dedication in assisting Rotorvation’s commercial clients and instilling the highest standard of flying and safety in Rotorvation’s students is second to none.
David’s CASA approved testing officer status enables Rotorvation to conduct commercial, private and all Instructor Rating flight tests without the need to outsource. Students gain invaluable experience from him throughout their training as he is very much a "hands on" Chief Pilot.

Newton Pellatt
Flight Instructor Newton Pellatt started his helicopter career in Europe gaining a JAR Private Helicopter Licence prior to moving to Australia to further his career. After completing his Commercial Licence in 2005 he built his flying experience conducting local scenic and charter flights and ferrying helicopters across Australia before completing his Instructor training in 2007.
Newton divides his time between flight instructing and various commercial operations including survey and photographic flights. He is currently undertaking his Grade 1 instructor rating.

Mike Watson – Line Pilot, Flight Instructor
Mike obtained his commercial helicopter license in 1998. He took up the challenge of flying his own aircraft around western Australia before taking up a position as a theory instructor. Mike completed his instructor rating and in 2007 started teaching students to fly. Combining both experience and a passion for aviation, Mike offers a professional approach to help students gain their licence.

Craig Beardsmore – Line Pilot/Theory Instructor
Craig has been flying and teaching theory for over two years and started his career as a theory instructor soon after obtaining his licence. Craig expertly delivers Rotorvation’s in house theory syllabus to offer one of the most comprehensive and interactive courses in Australia.
His flight experience includes scenics, charters and aerial photography.

Marion Price – All rounder Office Guru
Marion has been part of the Rotorvation Team since it’s inception. Her dynamic approach to front of house management keeps the Rotorvation Team in-line (not to mention our students as well). She holds a highly creative and diverse role at Rotorvation assisting with all aspects of the business.
Kelli Beardsmore – Business Manager
As Business Manager, Kelli handles the day to day business operations of the company. If not in her office chained to her computer, Kelli can be found assisting in the field or working on a project for Rotorvation’s clients.
